Deposits

• Card and crypto deposits are credited when the payment provider confirms them, usually within moments.
• Bank transfers are credited when the money arrives, which can take one to three working days.

Withdrawals

1. Request the withdrawal from your wallet.
2. Our team reviews it. Larger amounts are checked by two people.
3. Once approved it is sent to your payment method.

If a withdrawal is rejected or cannot be paid, the money returns to your balance.
